Joseph Boahen Aidoo is a politician in Ghana. He is a Member of Parliament with the National Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Amenfi East parliamentary constituency in the Western Region.〔(GHANA'S PARLIAMENT )〕 He was Regional Minister for the Western Region until his replacement in a March 2006 reshuffle.〔(New Ministerial List: Summary ), 13 March 2006〕
Joseph Aidoo was elected MP for Amenfi East with a majority of 3,776 votes in 2000, and successfully defended his seat in 2004. In the 2008 parliamentary elections, Aidoo kept his seat with 18,576 votes (51.8%); his NDC opponent managed 16,243 votes (45.3%).〔(Parliamentary Results Amenfi East (Western Region) )〕
